You can purchase your items online or pick them up at the store, but PLEASE CALL to let us know when you would like to pick up, as we check online orders at 10:30 in the mornings only . Items that can be shipped should be headed your way within 4-7 business days, with a few exceptions. If you need it quickly, we will do our best, but I can not promise any arrival date, as many elements are beyond our control.
Purchases that are eligible for shipping will be shipped via UPS or USPS . Packages are automatically insured up to $100.00. There is additional insurance for packages over $100.00 . Please provide email address to receive tracking notifications . Also, less populated areas have a higher shipping cost.
If an item is large or your order has many items that are gift wrapped to be shipped, we may have to use a larger box or multiple boxes to provide adequate protection to assure your package arrives safely. Please be aware that the the package will have to ship at dimensional weight which cost a bit more . We will do our best to get you the best shipping price without sacrificing quality.
